Christian Guardino was 16 when he walked onto the America’s Got Talent stage with his mom backstage. He said he was very nervous, had only told his best friend about the audition, and politely called Simon sir.
He sang Who’s Lovin’ You, the Jackson 5 classic. The shy boy disappeared the moment he opened his mouth, his voice soared and the crowd was screaming before the last note. 🎶
One judge said they needed ten seconds because they did not know what to say. Another said he had an amazing gift, and Simon called him a little mouse who turned into a lion. Then Howie asked what he would wish for, and Christian said the Golden Buzzer.
Howie pressed it, and the gold confetti fell. Christian could not believe it was real. ❤️
