With its unforgettable performances and nostalgic throwbacks, the SNL 50th anniversary special was a night to remember.
On February 16, musical giants Paul McCartney, Miley Cyrus, Cher, and Paul Simon performed at the Radio City Music Hall concert. There were also cameos by former Saturday Night Live cast members Tina Fey and Eddie Murphy, as well as A-list Hollywood stars Pedro Pascal, Meryl Streep, and Steve Martin.

When the 78-year-old superstar took the stage in her signature outfit of a gorgeous sheer black bodysuit, leather jacket, and thigh-high boots, she lit up the internet with her performance of 1989’s “If I Could Turn Back Time.”
Fans poured their admiration for Cher’s eternal beauty into the SNL post’s Instagram comments area.
One online fan remarks, “She’s incredible.” The fact that she is 78 years old astounds me. She is the only woman who can wear this outfit without everybody making fun of her.
“Everyone’s jaws on the floor,” writes a third, and “Cher, can I borrow your time machine…” shares a second.

Costner, 70, posted a lovely moment on social media that got people talking, despite the fact that the “Believe” singer dominated the stage with her timeless talents.
During Cher’s performance, the camera shifted to the audience, catching Costner with his hands holding the back of his head and a little, grateful smile on his lips.

As soon as the video was released, fans’ responses to it were widely shared online. Many people were compelled to comment on how Costner’s expression perfectly encapsulated the feelings of everyone who was present at Cher’s performance.
