Fourteen years ago, Nadia Suleman’s “Octomom,” or simultaneous delivery of eight children, attracted international attention. Despite giving the impression of joy, the announcement was actually a web of hardships and challenges that she bravely surmounted.
Nadia’s path was filled with both financial difficulties and health issues as she battled to fulfill the obligations of parenting such a large family.
Prior to becoming a mother, she battled infertility, which prompted her to make the critical choice to get help from a professional in the early 2000s. Her life would be drastically changed by this choice.
After a series of fertility treatments, Nadia Suleman was thrilled to welcome her first child, twins, and then two more sons. With each additional family member, she felt as though she was coming closer to her dream.
As she proceeded with her reproductive therapies, Nadia had great expectations. But she was astonished and disbelieving to hear that she was expecting sextuplets after doctors implanted six embryos.
When she hastily and negligently signed a document that inadvertently allowed the implantation of six more embryos, she contributed to the mayhem.

She was so determined to maintain her secrecy that she even altered her identification to conceal herself from the public.
