I hate cleaning the pans after making fish and meat meals. This is especially true if the pan is old and food like fish or cutlets tends to stick to it. Instead, food might stick to the pan less if you wait a little while after cooking instead of washing it right away.
The grease is another thing. Most of the time, brushes are no longer useful right after cleaning oily pans. You should also take the time to clean your sink and hands.

But I just watched an interesting movie online. The recipe says to cook the meat in a pan to keep it clean.
What makes it so great is how simple it is.To line the pan, just put baking parchment inside it, making sure the ends make little sides.

After oil has been poured into the pan and spread out evenly, it should be put on the stove. You’re now ready to fry.
This keeps the pan clean, so nothing sticks to it, and you don’t have to wash it later. You can just rinse it with water.
