Tim Conway’s Hilarious Improv on “The Carol Burnett Show”

You can tell that “The Carol Burnett Show” always makes people smile and laugh by watching it. And in this particular scene, Tim Conway’s superb improvisation had his co-stars in fits of laughter.

While they were playing the game “Password,” Conway’s character Mickey Hart decided to tell a humorous narrative about an elephant that lived in a circus in one particular scene. Dick Van Dyke, Carol Burnett, and Vicki Lawrence were giggling uncontrollably.

Conway’s account took an unexpected turn when he revealed that the elephant and its trainer were romantically involved. After his death, he even joked about their joint funeral. The other performers, unable to contain their emotions, were trembling and concealing their faces while they attempted to collect themselves.

 

 

 

You can only imagine how much laughter there was among the cast and the studio audience. Events such as these serve as a reminder of the broad appeal of “The Carol Burnett Show.”
