The Greatest Separation Letter Ever
My Loved Partner,
I’m sending you this letter to share a decision that has been heavily on my mind. After seven years of being a dedicated organization, I find myself at a crossroads. The last 14 days have been utterly disrupted. The straw that broke the camel’s back was the call from your chief, disclosing your unexpected renunciation. I write this with utter grief, but I think it’s the perfect chance for us to go in separate directions.
Thinking back on these past years, I have made an effort to be a good husband by putting all of my effort into our union. Regretfully, I believe that with time, our association has become less significant. The things that have happened recently, such as your lack of interest in my new hairstyle, my attempts to please you, and our deteriorating relationship, have caused me to doubt the foundation of our relationship. I can’t ignore the feeling that something has shifted between us—whether it’s a fading friendship or betrayal. I have come to the painful conclusion that, from our perspective, it would be best to go in a different way.
