Having a child is not always simple; many couples try multiple times before giving birth, and some are unfortunately unable to conceive at all. Thus, it was the Kozinskis’ experience. The couple then made the choice to adopt a child, which had unforeseen results.
Kerry and Craig’s acquaintance told them in 2013 that she was expecting a child and asked if they would be interested in adopting her. Following their agreement, the couple learned that the girl was expecting not one, but two children at the same time. Adalyn and Kenna, Kozinski’s first children, were born on February 28, 2014.
The same girl wrote the couple again a year later, this time pleading for assistance. She had already given birth to twins on February 28, 2013, but she was unable to provide them the care they needed. As a result, she proposed that Kerry and Craig adopt Jay-Jay and C-C, to which Kozinski enthusiastically accepted.
It was through artificial insemination that Kerry herself became pregnant in 2016. She conceived via this method and gave birth to twins, Clarissa and Caralline, as is common. The fact that they were also born on February 28 is what’s even more astounding!
Sounds amazing, doesn’t it? “I’m frequently asked, ‘You’re intentional, aren’t you?'” You performed a cesarean section; you most likely guessed it deliberately, right? Thus, no. At 725 grams each, the sisters were born prematurely. Kerry said, “Believe me, I did not intend to intentionally give birth to them at 24 weeks.”
But as far as she was concerned, the spouses’ plans genuinely included adopting children. Furthermore, they considered it before they were aware that they would not be able to conceive. It’s true that they intended to have their own children and then adopt and nurture foster children.
The couple’s main goal right now is to finish the continuing paperwork process. “We just cannot survive without them. Already, they are our kids. We believe fate had it planned so they would eventually find us.
The couple declared their desire for additional kids. In particular, Craig, who said, “We have five girls and only one boy.” In any case, it will be amusing if twins are born on February 28th if the Kozinski family has more children in a few years.
