It seems that Kevin Costner may have found love once more, several months after his painful divorce from longtime wife Christine Baumgartner.
The musician Jewel and the Yellowstone actor were recently pictured together at a tennis event for the Inspiring Children Foundation on Richard Branson’s Necker Island. Rumor has it that the singer and actor are dating.
The duo, according to TMZ, took a plane to the Caribbean and spent over a week together. This naturally comes after the turmoil brought on by Costner’s post-marriage legal battle with the previously named Baumgartner.
Sources claim that Costner was shocked by his wife’s decision to file for divorce in May of this year. From that point on, the dire circumstances began to deteriorate.
Early in May, Christine filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Their marriage lasted eighteen years.
“It is with deep sorrow that events outside of Mr. Costner’s control have forced Mr. Costner to take part in a dissolution of marriage action,” a representative for the actor stated in a statement.
As they go through this trying time, we ask that the privacy of him, Christine, and their kids be respected.
In 2004, Baumgartner wed Costner. The couple has a daughter, Grace, 12, and two boys, Cayden, 15, and Hayes, 14.
Baumgartner and Costner got into a heated argument after Baumgartner filed a lawsuit. According to the terms of their prenuptial agreement, Baumgartner was forced to leave the family home, and Costner was ordered to pay $63,209 in child support each month.
There seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for Costner, even though it has undoubtedly been a difficult road full of sorrow, uncertainty, and unnecessary worry.
TMZ claims that Jewel, a singer from the US, and Costner are dating. As was already mentioned, the pair traveled to the Caribbean, where a source said, “There was definitely something going on.” They were both flirty and appeared to light up when they were together.
Jewel mentioned Costner on social media in addition. The tennis fundraiser on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands was described by her as “an amazing time, and one I use to relax, rest, and play with my son!” This year, our children were kindly mentored by @kevincostnermodernwest.
Costner and Jewel reportedly returned together, per TMZ. Jewel is “picky,” and “she wants a good man, and Kevin fits the bill,” an insider said.
