When three members of Côr Glanaethwy walked onto the Britain’s Got Talent stage in 2015, the judges thought they were looking at the smallest choir in the world.
The choir comes from Bangor in North Wales. Founder Cefin Roberts explained that it is a community, more like one big family than a group of singers. 🎶
Then the rest of them arrived. About 160 voices came in together singing “Benedictus,” and the sound filled every corner of the theatre.
Amanda called it stunning. Simon said he has always wanted a choir to win the show and that he might be looking at the winners. The choir left the stage with four yeses.
