Richard Sandrak, who immigrated to the US from Ukraine some fifteen years ago, was dubbed the world’s strongest boy.
Richard began doing his fitness seriously when he was very young. And he was able to bench press over thirty pounds at the age of eight! He was able to lift 53 pounds at the age of 11!
At the age of 24, he no longer fits the stereotype of a jock.
After gaining the moniker “Little Hercules,” he received several invitations to events, TV appearances, advertisements, magazines, and even motion pictures. Richard’s family relocated to California in order for the son to have a complete self-realization.
As a former world martial arts champion, the boy’s father kept an eye on his training, diet, and regimen. The man was frequently chastised for mistreating his son and overtaxing him.
Additionally, Richard reported his father’s abuse of his mother to the authorities when he was eleven years old. For domestic abuse, the man was given a jail sentence.
The youngster no longer knew his father and had stopped talking to him. He continued to practice for a while, but it grew progressively less frequent.
Richard states at this point in time: “I do not try to hide this page of my life from anyone, and I am very proud of my achievements as a child.” “I just don’t want to live like that anymore,” he continues. “They attempted to portray me as some sort of natural abomination.”
Richard still works out now, although he doesn’t do it as much. In addition to liking to skateboard, he runs every morning. He works as a stuntman for the Los Angeles production of “Waterworld,” where he must jump into the water from a height and be set on fire at least five times a day.
When asked what he would like to become, he had a startling response: “Why not be an engineer at NASA or a scientist doing quantum physics?”
