Playground craze leaves 11-year-old boy “looking like an alien” – mom issues warning for parents

No to anything that seems risky.

Regretfully, kids are vulnerable to peer pressure and similar tactics; even the brightest kids can be forced or persuaded to participate in acts that seem like they will have terrible outcomes.

Ask the parents of 11-year-old Tyler Broome, who tried the “roundabout of death” YouTube craze and suffered horrifying injuries.

Indeed, the name alone essentially sums up the important details, although Tyler did it more as a show of bravery to his pals than as a means of engaging in extremely risky behavior.

The 11-year-old was then exposed to tremendous gravitational force (G-force) and suffered injuries similar to those observed in combat pilots.

The “roundabout of death” craze, in which he took part, has people sit in the center of a playground roundabout and spin it rapidly with a motorcycle’s back wheel.

Tyler may have suffered brain or visual damage when he was discovered unconscious not far from the roundabout following the event.

extreme power

It is thought that he was exposed to the kind of G-force that astronauts and pilots typically experience.

Tyler and his friend were reportedly approached by several older teens at a nearby park, and they were challenged to play the game.

horrifying experience

“I don’t recognize my child; he is about to suffer a stroke.” The boy who came over was approximately seventeen, and Tyler was sitting on the roundabout. According to the British publication The Independent, Tyler’s mother Dawn stated, “They are not friends; Tyler doesn’t know him.”

“He places his motorcycle on the ground and starts the roundabout rotating quickly. Bullying occurred when they all stopped and the group simply dispersed.

Dawn stated that before they could start treating her kid, the hospital staff had to conduct research because they had never seen such injuries.

Because of his severe injuries, he resembled the Elephant Man. They are going to use it to create a medical report, even though they have never seen it before.

His eyes appear strange, his head has fully expanded, and his blood vessels have burst. His vision is hazy. You could handle a shattered arm, but this? He is unable to recollect the specific detail.

Parents, please never forget that kids might try things that adults would strongly advise against.

Little Tyler and his family are in our thoughts and prayers. Tell others about this tale to raise awareness of this extremely risky game.
